     -Garage door operation and safety components

     -Smoke and C/O detectors tested

A typical inspection report will be 30 - 50 pages and include:

      -Digital pictures of any areas of concern, with clearly written explanations

      -Recommendations on how to get issues resolved

      -Suggestions for ongoing maintenance

      -A summary page, highlighting any critical function or safety concerns

      -Reports are typically sent out by the end of the day of inspection.
